RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Vogue Cove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached
  • - The item must be in its original packaging
  • - You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@voguecove.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

RETURN POSTAGE

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@voguecove.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
