SHIPPING POLICY

At Vogue Cove, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £30. Orders below £30 will be subject to a standard delivery charge calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the courier's tracking system. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Vogue Cove cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@voguecove.co.uk and we will do our best to assist you before dispatch.

FAILED DELIVERIES

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card or send an email with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel. If a parcel is returned to us due to repeated failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you believe items are missing from your parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@voguecove.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.
